Meet the solution! Quality Cage designed and builds these Critter Nation Scatter guards with your pet's safety in mind, as well as your sanity. They also fit the Ferret Nation Model!

Each set is built for one level of the Critter Nation or Ferret Nation cages. If you want to have them for two levels, you must purchase two! When you buy two, you get 12% off of both sets!

What's included with the Critter Nation Scatter Guard Set?

The set includes 5 pieces; Two guards for the doors, two guards for the side walls, and one large guard for the back wall. All mounting hardware is included, and very easy to install via wingnuts and washers. Once installed they stay securely in place!

Sizes:

We tested out quite a few heights for these and found the best heights were tall in the back and low in the front. We settled on the best option being 6" tall for the back and side guards, with the front being 3" tall so that you can still give your critter scritches through the front!

Color & Finish Options:

We worked hard to build our manufacturing facility to be able to provide you with custom color options as well as multiple types of metal. Here is what's available:

Maintenance:

Cleaning is super easy! Once every couple of weeks, just remove the guards by undoing the hardware, then wipe down with a 50-50 mixture of white vinegar and water. Let dry, then reinstall!

Great Quality and Fits Critter Nation Cages Perfectly

I love these pans for my Critter Nation cages for chinchillas. They are durable, easy to clean and I don't have to worry if the chin is eating something they shouldn't. I highly recommend them and so do my chinnies. I did have a shipping issue on this order, but I reached out to Quality Cages right away and they promptly resolved everything.

Perfect for messy ferrets

These are well-made and extremely durable, and they do their job at blocking food the ferrets scratch out. I have three messy ferrets and there is considerably less food on the floor since installing the scatter guards!

I love the quality of them, if only they didn’t arrive damaged. Ordered 2 sets one of them one of the panels was misshapen and could cut my chinchillas foot. Got the replacement after many emails and it is bent worse than the last. If you live close to Texas I’d recommend them but if he is shipping out further I’d find another seller.

Good product took a grip to arrive and came damaged. Reached out to them and they offered 40$ refund or ship me a new panel. 4 days have gone by and reached out a few times still haven’t got an eta on the panel. Totally want to support Quality Cage Crafters and hope communication gets better.

Just what I needed!

These scatter guards work great! I have 3 ferrets who are constantly flinging their food and litter out of their bowls/bins and getting it all over the floor, but the mess has dropped considerably since installing the scatter guards! They are well constructed, durable, and fit a Ferret Nation. Quality Cage Crafters indeed!

Perfect fit & funtion

My set fit perfectly and works great, and it *did* come with hardware. Very nice hardware, even. It looks great and allows me to do deeper substrate than I otherwise would have been able to.
